[TYPO3] [Typo3] Upgrade from 3.7 to 4.02 : can't update Update Reference Index

Hi list,

I've just updated an old 3.7 installation to 4.0.2. Everything went
really smooth and easy, and Typo3 functions like it should, but i am
having one problem with Reference Index. It seems the reference index
is not in the database, but the DB Check tool does not give me the
option to check the integrity. How should this be fixed? Should the
table be made manually in the database or is it something else?

I already did that when upgrading to 4.0.2, and i just did that again.
I still cant update the reference index though.

maybe you reached the max_execution_time? then: edit it in php.ini or
run the script in the shell.

no, i did not receive a max_execution_time. Tables are updated fine
for 4.0.2 for everything else. The database analyzer does not produce
any messages concerning the reference index.

This problem is fixed now, just posting this for anyone that might run
into this problem. I didnt see that this part of typo3 is now a system
extension. I had a global version of it, but i didnt see that one
because i did not check 'Display shy extensions' in the extension
manager. After deleting the global extension everything worked fine.
