[TYPO3-english] CoolUri - Internal Server Error

Hello,

I have a problem with CoolUri.

I will get an error-message every time if I activate CoolUri on my site.

The installation of coolUri was successful and I think the configuration of CoolUri is ok.
It seems that the error message will come from the webserver (apache).

Here is the error-message :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

In my opinion is the configuration of the .htaccess not correct.

Is this a known problem and have somneone a solution for this problem.

Hi Michael,

without the actual error it's really impossible to determine the
problem. Can you access the error log and have a look what's the problem
there?

What's the PHP version, what's the TYPO3 version?

Which errror-log do you mean

Hello,

I have a problem to get the server error log.

My provider told me that he isn't able to give me the server error log-file.
He told me that I can put a php.ini file into the used directory and Than I will get a server error-log.
But I have actual the problem that this error.log file will not be create and I asked the support of the provider what I can do.

I hope I will get asap new ionformations.
