could you recommend me some company to host my TYPO3 Website? I just don't
wanna stay in 1&1 anymore and was looking for a cheap company with PHP,
MySQL and Image Magick to make it work.

What do you mean with "CHEAP"?

Instead of focussing on cheap I recommend you to change it in focusing on "qualified" and professional TYPO3 hosting.

You can Host TYPO3 on nearly any other Cheap Provider - Go daddy, Imhosted, Hostgator, Blue Host ... But you will have same experience, well perhaps you can get easier out of contracts than with a German Hoster, already this would a big benefit ;-)

To make better suggestions for you, we would need more information.
What do you wanna host? - private site with 5 pages or many multidomain great company sites with big amount of multimedia cobtent, forum an customer interactions
How much space will it need? - more space more costs
How often changes content? - good caching is needed
Do you need it for developing websites? - ssh would be a must imho
Are you a certified TYPO3 Integrator, do you know how to setup TYPO3? - check definition
Do you need your own git - svn?
Do you want livestream multimediacontent?
How sensitive - privacy - is your content?
Https in backend to make it secure ? Than you need a certificate etc.
...

The next step do a search on the German and Englisch Mailinglist as here you can find already many suggestions to companies!

Hi Sergio,

I've been running everything up to 6.0b1 on Dreamhost with no issues.
Compared to 1&1 they're fantastic. I abandoned 1&1 after a very short time
as everything there felt very "Hacked together".
The comments here regarding professional hosting are accurate and I echo
them, but if you are on a tight budget Dreamhost fit very well.

never had any problems with the system.

Erdal,

DF still very much supports TYPO3. in2code has many domains and clients
that go through them.

While I'm not a fan of European hosting, DF does a good job.

depends on the availability of the personnele working for your hosting.
Usually the do the work and ensure PHP, MYSQL etc
Some hosting services starts from 28 euro/year until 350 and more euro.

Hi Sergio,
I have all my sites & projects in Germany/Frankfurt by xenonserver.de.
Standard Hosting is high configurable & the price is acceptable. I can
recomend this hoster. In this month they have an update to php 5.4
